WOW! I am now offically a Uni student. A whole week of lecture this week which means only 8 hour of classes, however things will be different from next week as we will have tutorial too.

I am just loving the lecture espically my Foundation of Management. He talks about what being a maneger does and what a customer does.

"Rule number 17: When you complain more, you will receive more free stuff."

Do you guys agree? Come to think of it, it is very true and practical in reaility. There are only about 9% of Australian that complains while around 78% of Americans complains. I believe however Singapore will have a higher complain rate. Complain's actually benifit both the customer and the company.

Firstly, customer receive free stuff.

Secondly, the company than learn from the mistake and work on that aspect.

See its a win win situation. so maybe next time i will learn to speak up and start to complain.
I did learn alot from him today, hopefully, well certainly there will be more to come.

Economic's teacher is a lame old man. He does not know how to joke yet tried so hard to joke. He laugh to himself. Now thats so not cool.

Anyway i been buying a few poster to deco my room as there is a poster sales. I will post a few picture later on when i am free.
